Private sessions are where my teaching feels most personal — and where I can offer the fullest expression of my experience, care, and presence.
With over a decade of dedicated practice and study — including time in India with master teachers — I bring a depth of knowledge that is both rooted in tradition and shaped by real, human connection. But more than any technique or training, it’s my intuitive sense of each student that defines how I work. I listen closely — not just to your words, but to your breath, your body language, your energy — and meet you exactly where you are, in that moment.
This is a space where you're not asked to perform, strive, or push. Instead, we slow down and attune to what’s true for you. I guide with gentle precision, helping you experience the practice from the inside out — not just shaping the body, but sensing the breath, the pauses, the small shifts that bring the pose alive.
I truly believe that every body is capable of yoga — and that with the right support, the practice can meet you exactly where you are. Props, pacing, sequencing — there are infinite ways to make a practice your own. And especially through times of injury, fatigue, or transition, with proper guidance yoga becomes a steady, healing force. We simply shift the focus: maybe toward breathwork and restorative shapes, maybe seated or reclining variations, or simply staying with what feels most supportive. There are endless doorways into practice.
This is the heart of my teaching: to hold space where your practice becomes a sanctuary — a place to reconnect, to feel, and to be deeply, beautifully human.
