Sunday Unwind is your monthly invitation to slow down into presence. There is space to settle, give the mind a rest, and reconnect with a steadier place within.
A time set aside just for you — to step out of the pace of daily life and begin to unwind what has been building beneath the surface. A blend of gentle movement, somatic practices, calming breath, and quiet moments of stillness work together to support the nervous system and restore a natural sense of balance.
