Not all who seek yoga teacher training intend to teach—many simply want to deepen their own practice. Path of Hatha is a 4-week intensive, designed as a taste of teacher training, offering a structured, immersive approach to traditional Hatha Yoga beyond the postures.
Meeting three mornings per week, this preparatory course bridges the gap between guided classes and independent self-practice. Rooted in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Yoga Sutras, this program introduces asana, pranayama, bandhas, mudras, and yogic philosophy, leading you toward deeper states of awareness and inner transformation.
By the end of our month together, you will have progressed to a full and complete Hatha Yoga practice, integrating breath, movement, and energetic awareness into a cohesive and self-sustaining sadhana.
This is more than a series of classes—it’s an immersion into the deeper dimensions of yoga, offering tools to sustain your personal practice for years to come.
