In each class we will explore, through teachings and guided meditations, how we can nurture a set of mental habits that fend off negativity and bring lightness of heart and mind.
This relaxing workshop will incorporate the use of small tools to introduce students to a variety of movement and self-massage principles that optimize healthy fascial tissue function. Leave with tools and confidence to integrate this practice in your self-care routine.
