Join us as we embrace the shift in seasons with an afternoon dedicated to nourishing your whole being.
We begin with gentle movement guided by Lisa, to release tension, helping us arrive in the space with presence and warmth. Once the body is open and relaxed, Jenn will guide us through an **introductory session on facial gua sha**. Learn how to use this ancient tool to support both your skincare and self-care routines for the winter season. You will leave with a specially blended oil and your very own gua sha to continue your practice at home.
Next, we dive into the art of Sankalpa for Yoga Nidra. In this reflective journaling session, we’ll explore how to create a personal "I am" affirmation, helping you set an intention that resonates with your deeper self.
Finally, unwind into a deeply soothing 90-minute restorative yoga session, enhanced with hot stones and Reiki. This immersive experience will conclude with Yoga Nidra, allowing you to begin manifesting your Sankalpa as you enter a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity.
