Rooted in the wisdom of the chakras and subtle body, this 6-part series is for both returning students and newcomers alike. We’ll explore new layers of energy anatomy—from the five vayus (winds of life force), to the koshas (layers of being), to the radiance of the heart and voice. Each evening includes movement, breathwork, reflection, and rest.

Join us for a relaxed and meaningful monthly gathering over tea as we journey through the Yamas and Niyamas, the first two limbs and foundational principles of yoga. Guided by Deborah Adele's best selling book as our monthly workbook, each session will offer a casual, heartfelt space to reflect, share insights, and connect with others on the path of self-discovery. Together, we’ll discuss how these principles weave into daily life and deepen our understanding through thoughtful discussion. Perfect for anyone seeking personal growth in a warm and supportive community. Sessions will be held once per month on Sunday mornings after Happy hips.
